Campione’s History
Authentic Chicago inspired Italian style dishes
Campione’s opened in Gallatin, TN in September of 2008 by Rob and “Mama” Debbie with inspiration of recipes handed down through 5 generations of the Campione’s family.
In 2019, after more than 10 years in business, Debbie and Rob decided to retire. In order to maintain the integrity and quality of the original family recipes, The Original in Gallatin has been entrusted in the care of Jessica, Debbie's daughter and her husband Geoff, who have worked and promoted the restaurant since it's inception.
Since the Campione's family is passionate about sharing the authentic taste of Chicago, we decided to bring Chicago style pizza to Tennesee. In April of 2023, Campiones Pizza was launched with great anticipation and fanfare.
